WHAT ARE MINUTES?

Meeting Minutes are documents that summarise company meetings succinctly, capturing the major points raised, the decisions made, and actions to be taken. A minutes document is not a transcription, therefore minutes are not transcribed or written 'word-for-word'. However, should you require a more detailed document for your meeting, this can be arranged.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY

For a Face-to-face meeting, your minute taker will arrive prior to the commencement of the meeting to greet and to become acquainted with the attendees and to set up their technology.

During the meeting, your minute taker will take a series of notes on a laptop, which will assist with their draft of your meeting minutes.

Should you have any questions about our processes on the day, do not hesitate to speak to our minute taker.

YOUR MINUTES

After the meeting, your minute taker will prepare the meeting minutes. All minutes are then reviewed by our Director before being professionally edited by our in-house editor/proofreader. Finally, your minutes are sent to you for review.

YOUR PRIVACY

The Melbourne Minute takes your privacy seriously and all staff have undertaken rigorous training on privacy. Each staff member has signed an NDA to protect you and your information. Additionally, all clients are provided with a Confidentiality and Ownership of Intellectual Property Agreement, which outlines our internal processes.
